2 Easy Inner Thigh Exercises That You Can Do At Home







For those of you who are looking to start doing some inner thigh exercises these easy do at home exercises are a great way to start. Forget trying to exercise the inner thighs themselves as this is not the best way to tone them up. Instead concentrate on exercises that work the entire leg.

These two basic exercises will quickly help you to tone up your legs in super quick time, and this includes your inner thighs.

1. Try running up the stairs and then walking down.
Performing this simple activity will work every muscle in the leg. This includes your inner thighs which are used throughout. As well as helping to tone your legs this type of exercise will also help you burn off quite a bit of fat.

This exercise is perfect if you want to work out in the privacy of your own home. If your home is in an apartment block simply use the stars in the building. It couldn't be simpler, just run up the stars and then walk down them.

Try and start off by doing this for 10 minutes continuously, but if that is too long for you shorten it and build up to that ten minutes and then beyond. You should also repeat this on at least 5 of the days in the week.
If you manage the 10 minutes 5 days a week you will be well on the way to getting your legs back in shape, let's face it, that doesn't even equate to an hour a week!

Don't use excuses like you haven't got time, if you can't afford an hour a week then you are definitely working too hard! I'm sure if you think about it you will find the time to do this exercise, especially when you consider the benefits of doing so.

2. Thigh Burns or Wall Squats
Although this exercise works the entire leg it can also be used specifically to target the inner thighs by ensuring you widen your stance.

Stand with your back against the wall and position your feet about a foot away from the wall and about 3 feet apart. Lower yourself by bending your knees, sliding your straight back down the wall.

Stop, when your thighs are parallel to the floor and hold for a minute or for a little while until your thighs start to burn. Slowly start to straighten your knees, sliding back up the wall in the process.

Do a set of 5 to 10 of these, resting for a minute between each exercise. Try and do four sets of these everyday to get the best results.
